RETURNS
Our policy is to make our customers satisfied with their purchase. Our products are under Warranty. If a product is within the Warranty time period and all means of repair have been exhausted, we will replace the purchased item with that of equal or lesser value. Normal shipping fees will apply on all returns. If a product is after the Warranty time period we will extent a quote for the product repair. There are no returns after the product Warranty has expired. We will make every attempt to repair the item purchased. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned after the Warranty period.
REFUNDS
We will make every effort to repair or replace your item but we recognize that is not always possible. In rare cases where every means of repair and replacement have been exhausted or if your item in Warranty is no longer available, we will extent a refund offer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the amount of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should wait for an email in which mailing instructions will be given.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
