Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
How long will my order be processed?

Typically orders will be processed within 1-2 Days.

Where is the item coming from?

All our products are shipped from the United States and include shipping and handling.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost? We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders nationwide.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number or freight carrier number to the e-mail provided within 1 week after the purchase. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 1 week after you received that e-mail.

Why am I not able to track my order?

While tracking numbers or freight carrier numbers may be generated within 1 week, tracking information will be displayed on the carriers website when the product ships. After that, when trying to track for the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you cannot find information about your package, please track again later, if after that time you are still not able to track it, please contact support@sanicors.com

What is different about Freight Shipping?

Freight shipping is different than normal ground or air shipping. With larger, heavier objects, shipping may require freight. The same process as ground carriers regarding tracking numbers will occur. However when the product ships you will be contacted by a freight carrier representative and asked to assist in coordinating delivery. The delivery time and place will then be selected by you and the freight company. Please be advised that some trucks are larger than others and it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to have adequate space for the truck to deliver. Goods delivered by freight need to be inspected on arrival and signed for before they will be left. If damage to the product occurs during shipping the product can be returned provided the purchaser contacts Sanicors, LLC either via email or phone and gets an RGA number.
